Slow service and inaccurate order and we were the only people there. Wouldn't recommend stopping at this Dunkin.

Second time I have tried this location while on vacation in Destin. Both times the staff looked absolutely miserable to be there. At 930 most of the inventory as depleted. I think Dunkin' would not be impressed by the way the brand was represented.

Worst customer service ever, I won't even elaborate (read the other reviews). Save your money and time and go elsewhere, you deserve much better.

This dunkin has such terrible customer service and took so long I didn't even want my coffee anymore. We went up to the speaker to order and almost drove up to the window because they took so long to answer the drive thru. We waited almost 20 minutes for two coffees in a line that was not long at all and then they still did not have our order rung up when we got to the window to pay. It was ridiculous and they need to work on becoming more efficient and having a faster drive thru service.

The place was not as clean as I would of expected for the time of day we went. Tables had trash left on them. The selection of donuts was lacking, but expected that. Staff was not real friendly, you could tell it was a paycheck to them and they did not enjoy their jobs. Donuts were fresh and tasty though.
